MS Project Online Training Summary

Interactive Update Cycle
Students will also become familiar with MS Project and Project Online’s interactive update cycle. To clarify, this includes the process creating a work breakdown structure, assigning resources to tasks, and using Timesheets for Time-tracking in Microsoft Project Online.
Subsequently, team members will fill out the timesheet and potentially update remaining work. Finally, the timesheet will be submitted. At that point the project manager will review and accept or reject approvals to automatically update the project plan.
