1. If a project or resource stuck in a checked out state, you can force back in. Follow the steps below.
Navigate to Server Settings, then Force Check-in Enterprise Objects under the Queue and Database Administration section.
Note: In this screen, you will be able to see all checked-out objects. Use the drop-down to select the type of objects you can view such as: Enterprise Project, Enterprise Resources, Enterprise Custom Fields, Enterprise Calendars, and Lookup Tables.
3. Click the Check-In button.
4. A dialog box will pop up asking if you are sure. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
