Question: Hi, I have a question regarding Resource Center. When I click Resources link in Project Server 2013 the expectation is to get a list of available resources but somehow something has changed instead of having list of resources displayed the following msg is displayed: "To add resources click here to synchronize with an existing group. Or add individually by clicking New on the Resources tab" Thanks & Regards
Answer: This sounds like although we have “Users” in the system, perhaps they checkbox for “User can be assigned as resource” is not selected. This checkbox will allow users to show up in Resource Center, as well as Build Team from Enterprise in Project Professional. I recommend checking to see the setting on this checkbox first. This would be done via Server Settings > Manage Users, check the checkbox, then save.
