Do you have small projects or maintanence projects that your resources are working within Project Server that you want to automatically have the system approve?
Well what we do here at MS Project Now for those types of projects is set up a rule (using Manage Rules) - this is easy and can be tailored by individual Project Manager.
On the Task Updates page choose Actions (and then Manage Rules)
Then you can create a rule and set the options, we choose to select Task Updates and All Updates. However you can choose Task Updates where updated field matches a field or a specific value.
