Quick Tip: Microsoft Project --- Quicker Navigation

Good Afternoon Folks,
There are several tips and tricks that we all learn from using the tool and some that are right in front of us that we miss.
Over the years, I have collected several.  Here are two (2) very quick tips that will save you time with Microsoft Project 2010.

1) Use the Quick Access Toolbar. The Quick Access Toolbar extremely helpful for Project 2010 and other Microsoft Office products.

1. Move the Quick Access Toolbar below the ribbon and customize.  This will allow you to view more of your favorite commands.
   
2. Here are some of my recommendations for the Quick Access Toolbar.

2) Use the Shortcuts in the Status Bar.  By default the Status Bar contains the Shortcuts. 

By default the Status Bar contains the Shortcuts.  If you do not see them, right-click on the status bar (the bar at the bottom of Microsoft Project 2010 and check the ‘View Shortcuts’ option (2nd from the bottom).
