UpdateWSSCountersMessage

Encountered this issue.  The error message received by the Project Manager is not sufficient to troubleshoot.  Grab the message in the queue.  it’s the last message in this post.  The exact issue is highlighted in yellow.  Someone removed the Category field from the Risks list.  We simply added the field back and the error was gone. 

In certain cases, however, the list does require rebuilding.  In this case you would do the following:

1. Deactivate the Project Web App Connectivity feature on the Project Site
2. Delete the problem list (in our case the Risk list)
3. Activate the Project Web App Connectivity feature (which automatically recreates the list)
