A client recently asked me why the totals in the “Other Project and Commitments” line on the Resource Usage view were correct. He had added up the hours from all the listed projects but omitted two line items called “My Timesheet”. The “My Timesheet” lines represent work that has been entered against Administrative tasks in the resource’s timesheet. It is showing you total work across all projects and including Administrative time to give you a complete view of the total hours for that resource.
