Microsoft does not offer trials in this manner any longer. If your organization currently has an Office 365 portal, a Microsoft Project 30 day trial subscription may be enabled within the portal via the administrator.
A quicker method is to access the trial page located here and sign up yourself. A credit card may be needed, however, if you cancel prior to the expiration of the 30 days you will not be charged.
