Changing Project Web App to display in your language or date format

I have a client that has multiple regions and countries that utilize Project Server.   I was asked how each country could view their timesheet dates in their own date formats.   Here is what I found:

This is what my timesheet looked like “before”:

1.  Navigate to My Settings from the Project Web App Home page

2.  Select My Language and Region

You will see the default settings:

3.  Select the Language Preference,  Uncheck “Always follow web settings”, and change the locale. (Notice I am changing to English United Kingdom)

I did not change the time zone just the locale.  Click OK.

Here is my timesheet “After” - Now you can see that my timesheet date format has now changed:
