The good news is that you created a master project with sub-projects and have successfully saved and published this master in Project Server. The bad news is that now you are unable to see any of those sub-projects in PWA. I ran into this in Project Server 2010 but it also happens in Project Server 2013 and there is a very simple “fix”. I will never admit how long it took me to troubleshoot this because the answer is so simple it would be an embarrassing confession. In PWA, there is a check box called Subprojects and if it is unchecked, all sub-projects will be hidden. Seriously. It’s that simple. Check the box and your sub-projects will once again be visible in PWA.
