The lead management lifecycle will cover creating leads in Microsoft Dynamics 365, working with lead views, and assigning leads. We will also look at the sections available in an individual lead record such as the Timeline, Relationship Assistance, Stakeholders, Competitors, as well as discuss and work with the Business process flow which guides the business processes that lead account executives through the entire sales lifecycle.
Lastly we will look at the procedure of qualifying and disqualifying leads, as well as reactivating a lead. We’ll also look at the impact to other records in the system such as contacts, accounts and the lead record once action is taken upon it.
