One of the users were getting blank page while accessing My tasks and My Timesheet page. Resetting IE setting didn’t resolve the issue. Issue got resolved after uninstalling one of the un-trusted add-ons for the IE using below steps. Open control panel. Select Add/Remove Programs Right click on the add-on and click on uninstall.

Microsoft recently released the Service Pack 2 and August 2013 cumulative updates. There are some installation issues if you try to install August 2013 CU after installing Service Pack 2. Microsoft is working currently on it and will have fix available shortly.
